Project "Promoting transparency of judicial decisions and strengthening national implementation of ECtHR judgments"
The National Courts Administration, as a partner, implemented a project aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of human rights protection by contributing to the implementation of ECtHR judgments at the national level and by developing the necessary electronic solutions.
The project developed and deployed a speech recognition tool for Lithuanian courts to help automate the audio recording of court hearings and to produce text transcripts.
